A Growl or a Whimper

Authorities at Iowa's Bettendorf High School confiscated copies of The Growl, a student newspaper, after they found it had an article questioning whether disciplinary actions against students are consistent, especially when applied to athletes. School officials say information in the article violated student confidentiality.
