Managing Editor Jesse Walker will be discussing his column about the president's speech to schoolchildren on Baltimore radio station WBAL today at 3:45, and on the Canadian TV channel CTV at 7:15 this evening. Both times eastern.

As a former NY'er, I first misread that as "WBAI" and was incredulous.
