Surveillance video from a bar in Passaic, New Jersey, shows Ronnie Holloway standing at the curb when a police car pulls up. Shortly after that, Holloway unzips his sweatshirt. Holloway says one of the officers told him to. Then Officer Joseph Rios gets out of the car slams Holloway into the hood of the car and beats him with his fists and baton.
