Pig Steals Pigs

Sutherland, Iowa, police chief David Johannsen has pleaded guilty to third-degree theft after he was accused of selling stolen hogs. Johannsen allegedly stole the hogs from Liberty Products, where he also worked, and split the proceeds with other workers.
