No Justice

Ulysses Rodriguez Charles spent 19 years in prison for three rapes he did not commit. DNA evidence finally established he was not the rapist, and he has sued the Boston Police Department for allegedly hiding evidence that could have helped clear him. His suit may not make it to trial, however, since federal authorities are seeking to deport Charles for other convictions, including one for trafficking heroin in prison.
