Goat Gotten
Bryant Nichols says his two Nigerian Dwarf goats are "quieter than dogs and make much less mess." They are also environmentally friendly, he insists, because they eat grass he would otherwise have to mow. But officials in Arlington County, Virginia, say the animals are livestock, which is banned by county rules from being within 100 feet of one's property line or a road. They've ordered Nichols and Matt Haggerty to get rid of their goats. Goat supporters have started a petition and vow to fight the removal.
