Court to Dads: Don't Trust Your Wives
Richard Parker found out 16 months after his divorce that he wasn't the father to his three-year-old son. He filed a fraud lawsuit against his ex-wife that went all the way to the Florida Supreme Court, which ruled that he must continue to pay $1,200 a month for the next 15 years to support the child. The court said adults should be aware of the high incidence of infidelity.
