Missing the Marx

Brian Basgen says he isn't "100 percent sure" the Chinese government is behind the hundreds of denial of service attacks his Web site has received that have originated in China. But he does note that the government banned the Web site for a time two years ago. And he says the attacks target only the site's Chinese texts. Basgen works on the Marxist Internet Archive.
