I Know It When I Don't Actually See It
Karen Fletcher has been indicted on federal obscenity charges for allegedly running a Web site that contains fictional stories about the torture and sexual abuse of children. The U.S. Supreme Court has reportedly never upheld an obscenity conviction based solely on written words, but Fletcher faces up to five years each on six counts if she is convicted.
