In Chihuahua, Mexico, state officials don't want to see any sort of creativity or ingenuity. Well, not when it comes to naming children. They are strictly enforcing laws against giving children unusual names. Offbeat spellings of traditional names are also banned. And if a child has a "foreign" first name, they must have a Spanish middle name.
