Justice in Iran
Roya Tolouee took part in an anti-government protest in Iran last year. Shortly after that, she was arrested and imprisoned for 66 days. She says that when she refused to confess to organizing the protest, she was beaten and raped by an assistant prosecutor. When she still refused, she says, officials threatened to burn her children alive before her eyes. She signed a confession and was released on bail. While free, she escaped to Turkey and then the West.
