I used to write a zine that was so obscure it was never published.
Whatever man. My zine was so obscure it was just an ethos.
The link to issue # 2 is not working. I remember Rudy Rucker's artificial life software, CA LAB, was very intriguing and lotsa fun. I think he has an online version on his site.
I went to bOING bOING and their archives don't go back that far. Come on bOINGers, please fix the link. Remember; Information wants to be free!
Did you try going here, Rick?
Thanks Jesse, but that's for issue #1. And curiously, the same thing happened with that one as did with the issue # 2 link. The first time I clicked on it, it just brought up a blank pdf screen and the second time I clicked on it, it says: "The file is damaged and could not be repaired"
Sorry, Rick, I misread your comment. I downloaded #2 without any trouble. I'd email it to you, but the file is too big for my program to send. I suggest writing directly to Frauenfelder with your problem.
Jesse,
Does it work for you? Is it my computer?
Yes, it works for me. I'm using Acrobat and Mac OS X.
Thanks Jesse. Well, I'm trying it on my other computer. So far nothing...
Rick, have you recently updated your copy of Acrobat Reader?
mediageek,
Thanks, I'll try that.
