Attention Denver Area Reasonoids

I've been asked to pass on details of a Reasonoid gathering in the Mile High City this weekend—if you're around, join the crew and put faces to the flames. Here's the skinny:

Why: Libertarians, convivial libations, and delightful comestibles. What's not to like?

Parking:
They have free parking right under Rock Bottom. Free cuz they will validate the tickets. The parking is accessed via Curtis Street.

Is anyone interested in doing something similar in either Akron or Cleveland? I work in Akron, but live in Cleveland, so I'd be up for either. I think a few of us talked about doing this one time before, but it never went anywhere. If I get a few interested responses, I'll coordinate.

I suppose, since I live and work in Akron, I'd definitely have to attend an Akron gathering. Cleveland might be a stretch.

As a former NE Ohioan (Chagrin Falls), we'll see about hitting the old home area from here in chicago. and, keep your eyes open for our chicago holiday gathering (i think dec 17th, but that's up in the air).

saw-whet: damn. you all are my previous lives. I went to Hamilton (hell) College. so the I81-I90 interchange is well known to me. (we'd also take it past Potsdam to the north country (near Malone)).....

we used to swim Akron Firestone. good group of guys. they and Saint X had the best cheers with Upper Arlington...

How much notice do you think you need? I think it was last week that mediageek first brought this possibility up with me on some thread, which wasn't very long ago, and we might not be able to get more than one announcement out of the Reason staff, which might be best done within the week so folks don't forget about it. But, let us know what works for you and we'll see what can be done next time!!
