Susan Lucci, Thou Art Avenged (Reason Wins Award Edition)
So it turns out that unlike perennial-loser-and-eventual-winner-of-a-daytime-Emmy Susan Lucci, Reason has managed to snag a Western Publications Association "Maggie" award in the "politics and social issues" category after only a handful of near-misses. Go here for a list of all winners in all categories.
We're happy to take home the prize this time around but would also like to congratulate our fellow finalists: HIV Plus, Mother Jones, Sierra, The Advocate, and The Sacramento Union.

A well deserved award. And I'm not just saying that because you agree with me.
Congrats!
I'm saying it in spite of the fact you agree with me.
Congratulations to everyone at Reason.
I see this was for the June issue, with the personalized covers? Good.
Ditto. Excellent choice.
Kudos to Reason!
See, you should thank all us blog commenters for keeping your minds sharp!!!
