Wired News' Kim Zetter notes that a GAO report released Monday found that the Transportation Security Administration's passenger-profiling SecureFlight program (successor to CAPPS II) has met only one of the 10 congressionally-mandated criteria it's supposed to satisfy before its August rollout. The TSA spokeswoman says they're "on schedule"; the GAO's director of homeland secuity and justice issues is more cautious: "I wouldn't want to say it's impossible."

Luisa, honey, instead of brackets, you need to use the “less than” and “greater than” signs.
Also, you need to use the “H ref” tags if you want to do links like that.
