OSI, Can You See?
Since I don't see a blog about this from earlier in the week, it's worth noting the possible revival of the Pentagon propaganda programs that had been under the aegis of the now-defunct Office of Strategic Influence. Of course, if a propaganda agency told you it had stopped operating… why would you believe it?
