The Wrecking Crew

British police have had to pay out thousands of dollars in compensation for cars damaged by officers guarding Windsor Castle. Despite their training, the officers keep raising steel security barriers as cars pass over them, instead of just after the cars enter the castle grounds. They've also dumped at least one elderly tourist on the ground by lowering one barrier as he sat on it.
