'Don't Worry, We've Got Thousands of Lawyers'
Just got off the phone with a friend of mine who works for the Democrats in New Jersey.
Me: You are going to personally deliver the Garden State to John Fuckhead Kerry, aren't you?
Him: Oh, for sure. Don't worry about it, we've got thousands of lawyers.
FWIW, he says turnout in Jersey and Manhattan is exceeding already-high expectations.

fuckhead?
isn't that his middle name?
The hate is strong with this one...
Heavy turnout in Manhattan? Who really cares?
Gore got 82% of the votes in NYC. Gee, suppose it could go Republican this time?
I prefer Dog Weenie myself, but 'Fuckhead' is a perfectly respectable yet descriptive middle name for JFK.
"Heavy turnout in Manhattan? Who really cares?"
It's not the "in Manhattan" part that matters, it's WHO is turning out heavily. If, say, black males between 18 and 25 who live in Manhattan are 33% more likely to vote this time than last, then it's a pretty safe bet that black males between the ages of 18 and 25 in Cleveland, Philly, and other cities are at least somewhat more likely to turn out.
And you don't get noticeably heavier turnout in Manhattan by increasing the rate of wealthy white males' turnout from 96% to 98%.
