Getting Your Ears Lowered

A teacher in Thailand was making sure that his students were in compliance with the school dress code. When he found a student whose hair was too long, he simply lopped it off. And in the case of one 15-year-old girl, he also cut off half of one of her earlobes. Surgeons could not reattach the earlobe because the girl did not get medical attention quickly enough.
