The Bush one should have Alfred E. Neuman for Bush. For Cheney, you couldn't get much better than the Photoshop picture of Cheney himself as the Penguin that's out on the net.

Or how about Kingpin from the Spiderman comics? (Not the one from the Daredevil movie, since he was played by the giant black dude from Green Mile whose name escapes me.)

No, Mark, that's Opie, aka Ron Howard. You can use these clues to tell the difference:
1) One has shiney hair. The other has a shiney bald head.
2) While both attempt to inspire pity,terror, and other emotions, one of them is honest about calling it fiction.
3) Ron Howard made "Splash", a movie about chasing mermaids. John Edwards made a splash, chasing ambulances.

And as I remember, Uncle Fester was pretty cheerful. Ashcroft looks like he's suffering from a chronic case of constutipation, caused by a 215 year old piece of paper blocking the voiding of the excretment he's so obviously full of, on top of all of us.
