Only dumbasses go to court or put people in a position where they have to go to court, especially the Supreme Court. Texas hold'em is very unpredictable. The Bushies are putting themselves in the position now to lose control of how the law is applied on cases that appear to be trivial, or at least not big time. Now when they get the big fish they won't be able to free-lance.
