This has the potential to be a bigger time-suck than BounceOut: PoliticalScience.org is an archive of poli-sci papers after the model of SSRN. For now it's just conference papers, but (says Volokh's Jacob Levy) they'll soon have pre-pub material and working papers.

You sure this wasn't supposed to be under the "In Praise of Hacks" header? I've seen some of the crap that does get published, do we really need to see the stuff that can't cut it?
