Houston police officer Gilberto Davila Zertuc has been accused of dealing drugs while on duty and in uniform after allegedly being caught delivering a kilogram of cocaine and 100 pounds of marijuana during a police sting. Records show 13 complaints against Zertuc during the past decade, including six for misconduct.
