The media are a bit like a dog pack. They follow the leader, preen him, roll on their backs, sniff his ass and then, when he breaks a leg, they eat him.

I suspect that if today were January 29, 2003, Dean would roll with these punches and be ready to go for the Primraries a year later. A bit like Kerry did. Remember, last year Kerry was lead dog but peaked too soon and the media kicked him in the head trying to get to Dean's buckboard. But it turns out that that was the too-soon-peak.

The Scream, the Orange Hat Army, the Manager Sell Out, these are all obstacles that one could overcome given enough time, but not likely now that primaries have begun. The charges laid by the media against Kerry in 2003 are still valid and have never really been addressed, he's just been given enough time to ignore them.

    LOL!!

So Neel's a former telecom lobbyist.

I guess it's a safe bet Dean no longer wants to break up Fox.
