Police Surveillance

An 11-year-old Queens girl was taking a shower when she noticed a hand holding a video camera in her bathroom window. She warned an adult family member who went out into their backyard and confronted a man who allegedly ran, dropping a video camera and some videotapes. The family chased the man and caught him. He turned out to be Port Authority police officer Russell Bass. Bass has been charged with illegally taping the girl.
