Gone To Pot
Marion Waltman had a plan to improve hunting in Harrison County, Mississippi. The president of the Boarhog Hunting Club planted three fields of kenaf, a plant that supposedly helps deer bulk up. Unfortunately, kenaf looks vaguely like marijuana. The resemblance was strong enough to fool the Harrison County Sheriff's Department, which ripped up 500 of the plants. Now, Waltman wants compensation for the loss of his plants and damage to the road to the fields he planted them in.
