Police Priorities

|

After fighting off a man who tried to force his way into her car, a 15-year-old girl rushed home to her parents. They took her to a police station in Caernarfon, Wales. But the family was told to come back later. They returned about an hour later, but the police said they were still to busy to deal with her. Finally, they came back the next day, and the police took a report. What was keeping the police so busy? Possibly writing speeding tickets. The Sun newspaper says the local constabulary has written some 4,200 tickets in the last month, but it has solved just 6 percent of reported crimes.
