Deeper Doodoo
Randall Todd "Ismail" Royer, the St. Louis-born Muslim convert, journalist, CAIR flack and blogger charged in June with violating the Neutrality Act to wage jihad in Kashmir, has had his charges upped to something considerably more serious:
The new indictment accuses two defendants, Randall Todd Royer and Masoud Ahman Khan, with conspiracy to levy war against the United States and conspiracy to provide material support to al-Qaida and the Taliban.
Four others face a general conspiracy charge and other firearms charges alleging that they trained in support of a group called Lashkar-e-Taiba, which has the stated goal of driving India out of the disputed Kashmir region.
U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema set a trial date in February
