Ooh. That snarky remark should be great Jean Bart bait. Let's see if he bites.
Meanwhile, maybe while they're at it these guys can engineer the rats to be even MORE susceptable to cancer. That way ANYTHING they are fed will cause them to get it, and the EPA can declare every substance in the ENTIRE KNOWN UNIVERSE to be a suspect carcinogen. Then they can regulate EVERYTHING.
For one thing, they taste better.
