Could an entire subgenre be in the making, like blonde jokes or something?

Q: How many bloggers does it take to change a light bulb?

A: Two -- one to change it while the other apologizes for the recent lack of illumination and explains that they've been really busy lately.

Did you hear about the blonde coyote?

Chewed off three legs and was still caught in the trap.

  2. Anonymous   22 years ago

how many guitarists to change a lightbulb?

a lot - one to change it, the rest to say, "i could have done that."

  3. A. Larius   22 years ago

A lightbulb, a priest, a nun, a blonde, a rabbi, a lawyer, and a doctor walk into a bar. The bartender takes one look at them and says, "Hey! What is this? A joke?"

  4. Andy   22 years ago

I liked one of Ted's... How many capitalists does it take to screw in a light bulb?

None. The invisible hand will do it.

    and I like this one:

How many existentialists does it take to change a light bulb?

    Fish.

On a related topic, what's the difference between a pregnant woman and a light bulb?

You can unscrew a light bulb (from "My Blue Heaven")

We ache for Lenny Bruce and Paul Krassner, and we get...

  6. the boss   22 years ago

    OK, BACK TO WORK!

(And wipe that grin off your face.)

  7. Kevin Carson   22 years ago

You know how many Vietnam vets it takes to screw in a lightbulb? You don't know? YOU DON'T KNOW? You know WHY you don't know?

[leans over and grips your shoulder] Cause you weren't THERE, man!!

  8. Kevin Carson   22 years ago

    A. Larius,

And at these prices, you won't see many more, either.

  9. Rex Stetson   22 years ago

Slightly off topic, but the funniest "light bulb" joke I've heard:

Q: How many feminists does it take to change a light bulb?

    A: That's not funny.

  10. Chris Puzak   22 years ago

This is my favorite lightbulb joke:

  11. fyodor   22 years ago

I thought it would take another 57 to argue about it!

  12. darksyde   22 years ago

Some of these made me laugh...it could be a trend...

  13. Rick Barton   22 years ago

"Could an entire subgenre be in the making, like blonde jokes or something?"

If so, the opening "joke" has gone a long way toward nipping it in the bud.

  14. JFT   22 years ago

Why did the blogger fisk the road?

  15. Ted Barlow   22 years ago

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but there are quite a few lightbulb jokes over here.

  16. Plutarck   22 years ago

Stop it stop it stop it! Now it's just gotten silly!

  17. maizzy   22 years ago

funny, some what, 'k! going now!

  18. bloggerrabbit   22 years ago

Q: How many bloggers does it take to change a light bulb?

The answer is three. One to change the light bulb. One to remark how much brighter the room is now that there is a new light bulb and a third one to say Indeed.
