Brooke Oberwetter, now posting at the mongolian clusterblog edition of The Agitator, notes that the OYEZ Project has begun offering Supreme Court arguments in MP3 format, with 100 hours already available. The files are being released under Larry Lessig's Creative Commons licenses.
