What a wonderful idea -- it shall definitely be emulated...

    heh heh heh... eeeeexcellent

Reminds me of those old Mark Pauline pranks, but more mainstream. That Telly Savalas billboard out in San Francisco with the "Feel the pain, baby" quote was pretty fun.

Judging by their reaction to the Michael Ramirez cartoon, I'm sure the Secret Service is gonna loooooove this one.

it's the sun times, for chrissake...

better than the tribune, but worse than fox news. perfect for the Ravenswood (Brown) El...

still -- making jokes about the assassination of a prez makes me uncomfortable. like or dislike the man, the office of the presidency is pretty cool, and respecting the office is still worth it. not likeing the individual who resides there is one thing, but still.... (and questioning authority is fine, too. even when troops are in the field, like now)...

    uncomfortably,
    drf

    Grow up.

I liked that the Bush cover still had the story about the "Jesus brick" underneath it.

Still, the cover was a bit less Dada than the Daley "Child Porn Kill Death Murder" and the 1970's Jesse Jackson. And yeah, expect a visit from the Secret Service if you're gonna do that.

We used to have this kind of fun too. Getting our giggles playing with the copy machine. But once puberty kicked in we lost interest.

  8. Madog   22 years ago

It would have been more fun if there had been pictures of peoples' reactions.

See cockeyed.com for more fun. For instance, http://cockeyed.com/pranks/javacity/javacity.html : "Press the lid gently onto the cup, and slide your thumb down the lip, forming a tight seal around the top. Now the cup is ready for your eager mouth."
