"The Swindling of a Generation"
That's what The Washington Post -- of all things -- calls the Medicare "reform" bill set to go to conference soon. But the Post's proposed fix -- means testing -- is not even a half-measure. Let's get Washington out of the medical biz if we want the swindle to stop.
