For some reason, I feel like the word "punjab" has been used as slang for "vagina". Or maybe I'm just confusing it with "poontang". Either way, it sounds kind of dirty.
Dr. Arif better learn the English language if he wants to run an English program. He should start by buying and using a dictionary. In addition to not understanding what the word "cocks" means, he also doesn't understand the word "rape." The original meaning of the word is to seize or capture, which is how it is used in "The Rape of the Lock". The sexual definition is just a specialized use of that term, describing a particular type of capture.
