Just wait for her to post a few howlers and get roasted alive by the blogosphere. One can only hope…

  2. Anonymous   22 years ago

From those that brought you Slander comes new and improved Slander with up to the minute, detailed Slander analysis, off topic Slander discussion, and Slander for the family. Coming to you on an internet portal near you.

  3. Anonymous   22 years ago

she should become a camgirl! that would make sense 😀

  4. Jim Walsh   22 years ago

I’m looking forward to her next book, “Springtime For Hitler”…

  5. Blah   22 years ago

    She already is…

  6. SDL   22 years ago

    Blah,

Gross. I can’t think of a better argument for Internet censorship than that.

  7. Anonymous   22 years ago

she has a big nose and you know what that means…rah rah zionsism. plus i hear she is under control of leo struass’s cult and the neocons.

  8. Julian   22 years ago

Gee, painting political disagreement as a sign of anti-Semites and conspiracy theorists. How incredibly clever.

  9. Anonymous   22 years ago

    i was serious

  10. twistedmerkin   22 years ago

Anyone else want to see Ann Coulter and Hillary Clinton dyke out, or am I the only sicko here?

  11. Brian   22 years ago

You’re not definitely not the only sicko here, but you’re probably the only sicko that wants to see _THAT_. Eww.

I like Coulter. She’s either right or hillarious, and once in a blue moon both. Always worth 3 minutes a week.

  12. Anonymous   22 years ago

and martha 😀 ride the threeway, bitch!

  13. Eric Deamer   22 years ago

    Julian,

Almost as clever as painting political disagreement as a sign of being a jingoistic moron, as the political cartoonist for your publication does below.

And the unsigned comments on this blog certainly do have a fair amount of blatant anti-semitism in them. Makes me wonder who the audience for the magazine is. I don’t see the the bloggers going into the comment boxes to refute those kind of comments (see the comments to a post which utterly mischaracterizes a Rudolph Giuliani Op-Ed piece below).

  14. Brian   22 years ago

    Eric,

You might notice that some of the regular commentors here refer to “feeding the trolls”…most of the commentors (and I would imagine all of the bloggers) try not to encourage brainless/hateful/etc. comments by dignifying them with responses.

Though it’s often just too damn tempting…

This forum would probably be a lot more civil without anonymous postings…it’s just too easy to be a troll when there are no real social consequences for such behavior.

  15. Warren   22 years ago

I would defiantly pay to see the Ann Coulter/Hillary Clinton fisting match. But don’t be dragging Matha into the mud.

  16. dhex   22 years ago

her and bill o’reilly would have the angriest babies on earth. they’d be so angry no diaper could hold them.

  17. dhex   22 years ago

she’s calculating in the same way a gurdjieffan making fun of a theosophist is calculating.

  18. digamma   22 years ago

    And, I love her.

  19. digamma   22 years ago

I didn’t post “she’s hot” or “I love her”. It’s really lame to post as someone else without putting “not the real” or some other qualifier before the name.

  20. Jim Walsh   22 years ago

I don’t get it, guys…Coulter is not witty at all, just mean and stupid. Have we really gone from Dorothy Parker to this? Sorta put a curious spin on the theory of evolution…

  21. Kevin Carson   22 years ago

    twistedmerkin:

Thanks for putting an image into my head I’ll carry to my grave. It’s almost as bad as walking into a room and accidentally seeing Janet Reno naked. Excuse me while I go claw my eyes out like Oedipus.

    dhex:

Angry? But she’s always got that perma-smirk on her face. She’s a hundred times more disingenuous than O’Reilly. With him, I think it’s just his Irish coming out in a lot of cases–he really gets mad and shoots off his dumb mouth. But Coulter comes in cold blood with a venomous remark carefully calculated to draw blood, all the time with that smirk, and then waits for the reaction with her patented “Ain’t I cute?” expression.

  22. joe   22 years ago

Coulter refers to charges that Bush lied about Iraqi weapons as “female complaints,” as if female is an insult. I’m really starting to pity that woman. What did step dad do to the poor girl?

  23. Ron Hardin   22 years ago

I like her. She has a turn of phrase like the old R. Emmett Tyrrell back when he still saw hope for language.

How can you improve on, eg.,

“Carter is so often maligned for his stupidity, it tends to be forgotten that he is also self-righteous, vengeful, sneaky, and backstabbing.”

  24. digamma   22 years ago

I usually don’t agree with Coulter, but I can’t resist her wit. It severely diminishes my credibility among lefties.

  25. digamma   22 years ago

Also, I think she is hot.
