I'm missing the relevance of the url. It's a fan's compendium of links to Hitchens' articles. And...

  2. Anonymous   23 years ago

At the end of the url: "sob.html"

  3. Lonewacko   23 years ago

FYI: I went to Blumenthal's book signing last night.

  4. Michael Barthel   23 years ago

Blergh. I'm having a hard time caring about anything Hitch says in that.

I despise Blumenthal. Another Clinton apologist with the brains of a used tampon. I live in Arkansas, so I've been exposed to the bullshit of the "Razorback Brigades" until I want to puke. Come on, "the best president we ever had"??!! Gag!! This is the guy who supported the corporate mercantilism of GATT and Nafta. His attorney general, Jackboot Reno, was perhaps the worst civil liberties offender since A. Mitchell Palmer (at least until Ashcroft came along). His counter-terror legislation, pimped for him by FBI stooge Schumer, was in some ways worse than USA Patriot.

Bill Becker, of the Arkansas AFL-CIO, said Clinton would "shake you hand and piss down your leg at the same time." He supported the right to work law when he was governor, and was generally in Don Tyson's hip pocket. He was complicit in the contra coke operation through Mena.

Those Razorback Brigade types who sing "I still believe in a place called Hope" are the same kind of shitheads who say Bush brought "honor and integrity" back to the White House.

This is basically a pissing contest.

For every action there is an equal and opposite government program.
