Just a week into the war, Editor & Publisher's Greg Mitchell has already counted 15 stories the media have either gotten completely wrong or misreported to the point of being ridiculously misleading.

Interesting, though I'd dispute number eight. The fedayeen do seem to be few in number, and present little threat. And by "threat" I mean substantive strategic threat. Sure, they can still kill people. By accident.
