I did a little (far too little it seems) research and decided he was no bigger threat to liberty than any other bastard in power. What surprised me is that he is as bad as his detractors painted him from the start. If the left (and right too for that matter) would 'pick their shots' and not paint everyone on the other side with the same broad brush, more people might pay attention when they sound the alarm.
