I find it hard to believe that Blix had anything to do with it. If anything, Iraq let them find the warheads in an effort to extend the inspections and delay military action.
This is either (a) the second time they've found bio/chem warheads, or (b) the small amount of proscribed recreational pharamceuticals I ingested in the early 90s made me see the future.
Given my track record with my 401k choices, I'm going for (a).
I still think "Hans Blix" sounds like a 007 arch-nemesis.
