New York City is escalating its war on tobacco by warning doctors that they could face malpractice lawsuits if they fail to push their patients to quit smoking, says today's NY Post.
With physicians already probing into our gun habits, the dreaded prostate exam may soon be the least intrusive part of a visit with the doc.
