Not sure if parody or actual TSA video...

    That was good.

TSA ALWAYS makes me go through the X-Ray. Either they like what they see or the fact that when I put my hands over my head, there's only one finger on each hand pointing upward that puts me on "the List"

And remember... Santa works for the NSA.

"He sees you when you're sleeping. He knows when you're awake. He knows when you've been bad or good, so be a good comrade for Obama's sake!"
Merry Christmas to all and to all

    a good night.

My wife and I flew first class last year. After being thoroughly vetted by TSA to be safe and terror free, we were seated and asked if we wanted a drink. The flight attendant brought my wife's white wine in a proper white wine glass with a 4" to 6" long stem. One click on the seat frame and voila', a glass stiletto.

As long as terrorist don't fly first class though we're safe.

Terrorists are strictly limited to the hoi polloi, old bean, you'd never see that sort of thing from the better sort of people, wot?

All of these arbitrary rules make completely no sense.

The container size limitations are mind-bogglingly stupid, considering they don't bar the number of containers you bring (though I imagine a large number may lead to questioning) AND they sell large soda bottles in the stores at the terminals. I have never, not once, followed the "you have to put all your containers in one Ziplock bag" rule despite a gazillion warnings that this is required; nothing has ever happened to me because my repeated failures (is this even a rule anymore? I don't read any sign around the security lines anymore).

I have no effing clue why our shoes have the be taken off or what exactly they're looking for in the X-ray machine. Just because one dimwit "terrorist" stupidly hid an extremely badly-assembled bomb in his shoe doesn't mean it's in the Terrorist Go-To Handbook (and I imagine they would have figured out a way to trick the X-ray machine by now).

I read an article the other day by a former Tel Aviv airport security agent. He argued convincingly that the entire premise of TSA's "security" scheme was flawed: it focuses too much on THINGS, not PEOPLE (and by people, he doesn't mean doing any sort of racial/cultural profiling).

    So you like too, eh?

I have no effing clue why our shoes have the be taken off...

You know how to ID an American in a European airport? They are the only ones removing their shoes at security.

This video is very cheerful. Thank you for sharing in the Christmas spirit. Santa can fly and bring all that stuff that's banned with him when he goes to visit your family in Philly.

I am now full of holiday cheer and sarcasm thanks to that great video.
