Colorado Springs police say they will review why officers wrongly arrested James Sorensen for carrying a firearm in a city park. It has been legal to openly carry firearms in city parks for a decade, something Sorensen explained to officers. But they thought it was illegal. Police spokeswoman Barbara Miller said that officers may have relied on an outdated "cheat sheet" they carry that explains city ordinances.
