If any or all of those subjects interest you, you might want to
check out my
Bloggingheads conversation with Conor Friedersdorf. Our first
topic of conversation is health care—in particular, the way
consumer-driven care, which actually has a record of lowering
costs and increasing usage of preventive care, has been shut out
of the debate:
I wrote about both David Goldhill's Atlantic piece and the benefits of consumer-driven health care here.

That popping sound you heard was John's head exploding. I hope you're happy, Suder-Man.

How so? I can't watch the thing at work -- does Suderman bring up Star Trek or something?
|11.23.09 @ 1:18PM|#
I didn't watch it either, nor do I care to. I was just going by the subjects in the title of the post. They tend to be 300+ despite being discussed every single day.

Chem trails.

Oh, by the way . . .
The e-amils are creating sucy a ruckus among the left and leftist scientists, fallig over themselves to explain away their significance - it is SOOO funny to watch!

It's just a shame that Michael Crichton couldn't live long enough to see his artistic farce become reality.

Is Peter dressed like Alan Cumming for a reason?

I can't watch the vid - what's the game reference? Anyone playing MW2 or Assassin's Creed 2?
|11.23.09 @ 2:16PM|#
I just finished Ratchet and Clank: A Crack In Time. Probably moving on to Borderlands.

Pretty fun, especially if you have a few guys to play co-op with online. It's an action-shooter, but don't expect anything deep. The combat shotguns provide very satisfying monster destruction.
Dragon Age is pretty freakin' amazing. You should consider that if you're looking for something with a bit more substance. It's a BioWare game, the guys behind Baldur's Gate and Mass Effect.
|11.23.09 @ 2:54PM|#
Yeah, one of my student workers loves Dragon Age. I didn't care much for Mass Effect. I'm here to shoot shit, not chinwag.
Ska|11.23.09 @ 3:11PM|#
Borderlands definitely satisfies the desire to shoot shit.
No Modern Warfare 2? I can't believe no one else here plays it. It's about as good as a multiplayer, competitive shooter gets.

I always pictured Suderman in a sweatervest...

I was way off about the comment record. Maybe everyone just hates Suderman.
