Some time after 7:30 p.m. and before 8:00, Reason Editor in Chief Matt Welch will be on Washington, D.C.'s NewsChannel 8 (which, confusingly, is viewable at channel 28) to discuss the Democratic Party's euthanasia of the local school vouchers program.
