As the recently sentenced Dr.

of air-conditioned heel-cooling

it's high time to amend the

cliché, "A lawyer who

represents himself has a fool

for a client." (It's a

cliché, we might add,

only because it's so true, which

is itself a cliché, only

because it's so, well,

cliché.) Indeed, with the
