Would make it easier for kids with certain illnesses to get permission
New Jersey lawmakers are set to vote on a bill that would make it easier for children with certain medical conditions to have access to medical marijuana.
The bill would go to Gov. Chris Christie if it clears the state Assembly Monday.
The bill would eliminate the need for written consent from a pediatrician and a psychiatrist for juveniles to be eligible.
