Cuba's Raul Castro Hints at Possible Retirement
Cuban President Raul Castro has reportedly suggested he could retire.
The Associated Press reports Mr. Castro said Friday that he is going to be 82 years old, and that he has the right to retire.
AP said he made the comment in a joint appearance with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The news agency reported Mr. Castro said that his speech Sunday, when he is to be sworn in for a new term, will be "interesting."
