Toyota, Audi Preparing Self-Driving Cars

In recent months, Google has been at the forefront of self-driving cars. But now, traditional car companies like Toyota and Audi are embracing the technology.

This week, Toyota revealed footage of its vehicle in action, while Audi reportedly has plans to unveil its own autonomous car during next week's Consumer Electronics Show.

    Self-driving cars will be much safer than human driven. Only issue is you will have both self-driving and human drivers on the road for a long period of time. With the populace's innate distrust of machines that means law suits. Just look at the unintended acceleration scare that Toyota just went through. Turned out drivers are just morons with their foot on the gas.
