Pakistan Confirms it Released 26 Taliban Leaders
Pakistan has confirmed it has released twenty-six Taliban leaders to facilitate peace and reconciliation process in Afghanistan.
In his weekly news briefing in Islamabad on Friday‚ Foreign Office Spokesman Moazzam Ahmad Khan said Pakistan attaches great importance to peace and stability in Afghanistan and it is willing to facilitate the reconciliation process there.
