KENT COUNTY, MI – Kent County Prosecutor William Forsyth, who filed a lawsuit to block a voter-approved city amendment to decriminalize marijuana, said Tuesday, Dec. 4, that backers should have patterned the law after those in Detroit and Flint.

Voters in those cities approved laws that allow adults (21 and over in Detroit, 19 and over in Flint) to possess less than an ounce of marijuana on private property.
